Then we write it all down.

How you actually work, what it will do, what it won’t and what it connects to. You agree it in writing before we start.

3 Build

Then we build it while you watch.

You get a private preview link, so you can see it take shape as we go.

4 Test

Your team tests every item.

Nothing goes live until we both agree it’s complete, and you get a signed UAT document confirming that all aspects of the scope have been delivered.

5 Off ramp

Then the off ramp.

We stay with you for a month after launch, fixing anything that doesn’t work as agreed. Then we hand over the keys and remove our access, confirmed in writing.

After the off ramp

You own it. You’re not on your own with it.

Every account and the code are in your name, built so any developer can pick it up. Still yours if we vanish.

One price for the whole job

Agreed in writing before we start, alongside everything it will do.
Paid in three parts

40% to start, 40% once testing is signed off and 20% when the off ramp is complete.
No subscription to us

Hosting and other running costs go straight to the providers, in your name. Utilities, not rent.
Changes later

Call us back. We agree a day rate and tell you how long the job should take before we start.
